About

Pedra is a profitable, 100% bootstrapped SaaS. We make AI visuals for real estate agents and companies: virtual staging, photo enhancement, listing videos, 360° tours. 500+ paying teams across 50 countries run on it today.

This is an internship, but not the kind where you shadow someone and write documentation. You ship to production in your first weeks, with real users on the other end who notice when you do.

What you'll do

  • Own features end-to-end across the image editor, virtual staging, and video generation: UI, API, background jobs, whatever the feature needs.
  • Build on the Pedra app, our iOS app for capturing listing videos, and the pipeline that turns raw footage into publishable content.
  • Work directly with generative image and video models in production: prompting, pipelines, and the cost and latency tradeoffs that come with them.
  • Ship daily. No QA team, no release trains, no ticket theater.
  • Talk to customers. Bug reports come straight from real estate agents: you reply, fix the problem, and tell them when it's live.

Requirements

  1. You can code. Written by hand or with Claude Code, we don't care which. What matters is that you understand what the code does.
  2. You've built something real. A side project, an app, anything people used. It doesn't have to be work; a hobby project counts.

Bonus points

  • You've built with image or video AI APIs (Runway, Flux, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
  • Swift or iOS experience. The Pedra app is yours to grow.
  • Next.js, React, Tailwind. That's our stack.
  • Spanish or German on top of English. Most of our users speak one of them.

How to apply

Email felix@pedra.ai with two things:

  • Something you've built. A repo, a live link, a demo. Not a cover letter. Tell us what you did and what was hard about it.
  • A 60-second video of yourself explaining why this role fits you. Selfie video, no editing, phone camera is fine. English or Spanish.

Applications without the video don't get read. It takes a minute to record and it tells us more than a CV does.
