<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Video Content Intern</strong> to help us produce and publish video content consistently across YouTube and short-form platforms.</p>
<h2>About the role</h2>
<p>This is an <strong>internship / junior role</strong> focused on <strong>video editing, repurposing, and publishing</strong>.</p>
<p>You’ll work with clear instructions, templates, and examples. The role is execution-focused at the start and requires attention to detail, speed, and consistency.</p>
<p><strong>Type:</strong> Internship / part-time</p>
<p><strong>Duration:</strong> 3–6 months (extendable)</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote (CET timezone preferred; Barcelona a plus)</p>
<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Paid internship (details shared during the process)</p>
<h2>What you will do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Edit long-form videos for YouTube (3–6 minutes)</li>
<li>Create short clips for social platforms (Shorts, Reels, TikTok)</li>
<li>Prepare and export videos in the correct formats</li>
<li>Create simple thumbnails (Canva or similar)</li>
<li>Upload and publish videos with provided titles and descriptions</li>
<li>Organize video files and keep content on schedule</li>
<li>Follow a weekly checklist and delivery plan</li>
<li>Occasionally appear on camera in simple talking-head videos</li>
</ul>

<h2>Language requirements</h2>

<li><strong>English:</strong> fluent or near-native (required)</li>
<li><strong>Spanish:</strong> fluent</li>

<p>You should be comfortable:</p>

<li>Speaking English and Spanish</li>
<li>Being <strong>occasionally on camera</strong></li>
<li>Publishing content in English accurately</li>
</ul>
<h2>Tools you’ll use</h2>

<li>Video editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar</li>
<li>Thumbnails: Canva / Figma</li>
<li>Organization: Google Drive, Notion</li>
</ul>

<li>Weekly video publishing</li>
<li>Clear deadlines and delivery checklists</li>
<li>Consistent output matters more than perfection</li>
</ul>

<li>You are fluent in German</li>
<li>Previous video editing experience (personal, academic, or freelance)</li>
<li>Familiarity with YouTube or short-form video formats</li>
<li>Interest in software, startups, or digital tools</li>
