When you're listing a property, having a good floor plan of the property will help a lot in buyers understanding how the space is laid out. The thing is that getting a good floor plan in place is not easy. It's either expensive or very time-consuming because you need to measure the whole thing yourself and then transfer it into a software tool that is normally not easy to use. And this is why in Pedra, we're offering three new ways to create floor plans with roughly five minutes of your time. And I'm going to show you right now how these three solutions work.

What we're going to do now is head to Pedra, and we will click on a property, for example, this London property, and we're going to click on New Floor Plan. From here, we will see the three options that allow us to create floor plans easily and fast.

For example, we can start with the first one, which is from a sketch or photo, get a floor plan that looks professional, that is editable, shows measures, your brand, and can be downloaded in different file formats. So we're going to click on that, and then we're going to choose an image of a floor plan. From here, we're going to pick this sketch that we sketched before. This can be any sketch that you drew on a paper that roughly represents the layout of the property. We're going to hit Convert, and then Pedra will read the drawing in more or less thirty seconds.

Perfect. Now we have this layout of the floor plan that Pedra has offered for us based on the sketch. As you can see, there were no measurements in the sketch, so Pedra guessed some of them. And if we want to make any adjustments on the interpretation, because since it's AI, it can make some mistake, we can easily correct them in the editor. So we're going to click on Open in Editor. And for our comfort, we will see here the sketch of the photo. And then from here, we can click and, for example, make some adjustments as, for example, editing this wall so that it matches the sketch. And then, for example, we can add the door. And that's it. We have the same floor plan that we sketched, but in a professional-looking floor plan, and we can just download it in the format we want, PNG, a JPEG, or PDF. And also, if we don't want to confuse people, we can remove the measurements if we don't know it, or the area measurements, and we can download it in a more blank format. We can also add furniture to the space, and we can also add windows and so on, and go back to see the floor plan on the menu.

All right, and this second option will work based on a virtual tour. It only requires thirty seconds of your time once you have created the virtual tour. And then once you're in the Floor Plan section, we click on Add Floor Plan, and we click on From Your Virtual Tour. And here you'll just have to pay the amount, which is roughly nineteen euros plus tax, and in two to three business days, you will have the results. So just order it, and we take care of all the grunt work, and you get your professional floor plan.

And last but not least, if you don't want to work from a sketch, or if you don't want to work from a virtual tour, you can draw it yourself. Our editor for floor plan is pretty intuitive. You can just add rooms to the space. You can select them. You can add doors directly, and they will be directly added to the space. You can add windows. You can add furniture, all right, as I'm adding now. And everything is pretty simple. You can change the wall structures if they are irregular, and that's pretty much it.
