How do I create a real estate video from photos?
Upload your listing photos to a Pedra project, click "Video", pick orientation, music and text, then hit generate. Your HD video is ready in 2–10 minutes. No camera, editing software, or videographer required.
How much does it cost to create a real estate video with Pedra?
Pedra plans start at a flat monthly price and slideshow videos built from your photos are unlimited. The only exception is AI photo animation (turning a still photo into a moving scene), which costs 5 credits per animated photo. See full pricing on our pricing page.
Are Pedra videos unlimited?
Yes — with one exception. Videos built from photos (as a slideshow) and from existing video footage are unlimited. Credits only apply when you use AI to animate a still photo into a moving scene, which costs 5 credits per photo. If you're not using AI animation, video creation doesn't cost a thing.
How long does it take to generate a video?
Between 2 and 10 minutes, depending on the number of images and the customization options selected. You can close the tab — we'll notify you when the video is ready to download.
What resolution are the videos, and can I publish them on Idealista, Fotocasa, Zillow, Rightmove and other portals?
All videos are rendered in HD 1080p. They work on every major real estate portal (Idealista, Fotocasa, Zillow, Rightmove, Immoscout24, Rightmove, idealista.it, etc.), plus your website, MLS, WhatsApp, email, and any social platform.
Can I create vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts?
Yes. Pedra automatically outputs horizontal (16:9 for portals) and vertical (9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts) versions from the same source — no re-editing or reframing required for each platform.
Can I add my logo, music and contact info to the videos?
Yes. Every video can include your logo, a branded intro and outro with your photo and contact details, a custom title and description, transitions, and licensed background music — all configurable before you generate.
Do I need a camera, drone or any equipment?
No. Pedra turns your existing listing photos into walkthroughs, drone-style exterior sweeps, staging transitions and 360° virtual tours. No camera, microphone, lighting or drone required.
What if I don't like a video I created?
If a result doesn't meet your expectations, you can thumbs-down it inside the app and leave feedback. If the feedback reflects a genuine issue with the output, your credits are refunded automatically. You'll see the adjustment under Settings → Subscription and credits → Credit history.
Can I use Pedra videos for commercial purposes?
Yes. All videos you create with Pedra can be used commercially — in real estate ads, social media, websites, portals, MLS, email and any other marketing channel. No attribution required.
