Frequently asked questions
How many properties can I do with my plan?
Most of what you'll create is unlimited — credits only apply to AI-generated content.
- Unlimited (no credits): videos, virtual tours, floor plans
- 1 credit: each AI-staged or transformed photo
- 5 credits: each AI-animated photo (still photo turned into a moving clip)
Tip: you don't need to animate a full video. Animating just the first frame (5 credits), or the first two (10 credits), is enough of a hook to keep viewers watching — the rest of the video uses no credits.
That's why with 100 credits/month you can publish dozens of properties, and with 1,200 credits/year, hundreds.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, anytime. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated — you only pay the difference for the rest of your current cycle. The exception: switching from monthly to annual bills the full annual amount upfront.
How does the free trial work?
When you sign up you get 7 credits for image generation, 1 free video, and 1 free virtual tour — enough to test our main features. No credit card required.
What's included in premium support?
Premium support includes priority response times, dedicated assistance, custom workflow guidance, and a direct WhatsApp line to one of our teammates anytime you need help.
What if I don't like a result?
If a virtual staging result (empty room, renovation, furnish, object removal, or prompt edit) doesn't meet your expectations, you can thumbs-down it and leave feedback. If the feedback reflects a genuine issue with the output, you may receive your credit back automatically. You can see refunded credits under Settings > Subscription and credits > Credit history.
