What counts as a credit?

1 image transformation = 1 credit. 1 video generation = 5 credits. Floor plans, virtual tours, social media content, and drawings are unlimited.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

How do the free credits work?

You get 7 free transformations to test our AI quality. No credit card required to start.

What's included in premium support?

Premium support includes priority response times, dedicated assistance, and custom workflow guidance.

What if I don't like a result?

If a virtual staging result (empty room, renovation, furnish, object removal, or prompt edit) doesn't meet your expectations, you can thumbs-down it and leave feedback. If the feedback reflects a genuine issue with the output, you may receive your credit back automatically. You can see refunded credits under Settings > Subscription and credits > Credit history.

Are videos unlimited?

Yes — with one exception. You can create videos from photos (as a slideshow) or from existing video footage, both unlimited. Credits only apply when you animate a still photo with AI, turning it into a moving scene. That's 5 credits per photo. If you're not using AI animation, video creation doesn't cost a thing.
