Can I try it before paying?
Yes. You get free credits when you sign up, with no card required, so you can stage a few of your own photos and judge the results before subscribing.
Will the AI change my property's real layout?
No. Pedra is built to keep your real walls, windows and layout — it stages and renovates the space you photographed rather than inventing a new one.
On the rare result that drifts, you get the credit back and can retry.
Do the images look real enough to publish?
Yes. Agents use Pedra images directly on their listings and portals.
You can add a “virtually staged” note to any image whenever you need one.
Can I stage several photos of the same room and keep the furniture consistent?
Yes. Pedra can furnish multiple angles of the same room with the same furniture, so the listing looks coherent across shots. See how it works.
It works best on clear, well-lit photos, and any result you're not happy with is free to retry.
Do you keep rights to my photos, or use them to train AI?
Your images stay yours. We don't train AI models on them, and we don't use them for anything beyond generating the results you ask for.
Will it work on real estate portals?
Yes. Everything exports as standard image and video formats that upload to any property portal and social platform.
Videos come out in both vertical and horizontal automatically, so you don't have to re-cut anything.
How do I start with Pedra?
Sign up and upload a photo. You get free credits with no card required, so you can see a result on one of your own listings in a couple of minutes.
When you're ready, pick a plan — see pricing and what's included.
What plans are there, and what does a credit do?
Pro is 29€ a month with 100 credits, or the same plan billed annually for around 30% less.
A credit is one generation. Virtual staging and photo enhancement cost one credit each; floor plan renders cost two. Retries on a bad image result don't cost you a credit.
Animating a photo into moving footage costs 5 credits. It's the one action in video that spends credits, so it's worth knowing before you start.
Everything else is unlimited on every plan — videos, 360º tours, floor plans and social.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The monthly plan can be cancelled anytime from inside the platform.
The annual plan is discounted and paid once for the year.
Can I pay without a credit card?
Yes, on annual plans. We accept PayPal and bank transfer if you'd rather not pay by card.

Can I get a proper invoice and handle VAT for my company?
Yes. Invoices are issued automatically.
For EU business customers, we support reverse-charge VAT with a valid VAT ID.
What if a result isn't good?
You get the credit back and can regenerate. You're never charged for an output that didn't work.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes. You can pause your plan for one to three months instead of cancelling, for any stretch without listings.
Billing stops while you're paused and picks up again when you come back.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from your account settings — no email, no phone call, no form. That goes for both the monthly and the annual plan.
Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for: the rest of the month on monthly, the rest of the year on annual.
Do I keep what I already made?
Yes. The images and videos you've already generated are yours to keep and use.
Can I come back later?
Of course. Your account and past projects stay available for up to a year on the free plan, and you can resubscribe whenever you have listings to work on.
