About Pedra
Pedra helps real estate agents make the photos, videos, virtual tours and floor plans they need to market a property.
Felix Ingla started Pedra in Barcelona in 2023. We've never taken outside investment, so the company runs on what our customers pay.

How it started
Pedra began on 21 May 2023 as a floor plan editor. Felix built it after seeing Chet Corcos, Notion's first engineer, tweet about drawing his home's floor plan in Figma. People tried it, but nobody wanted to pay for it.
Over the next six months he spoke with architects, interior designers and real estate agents. The agents all had the same problem. Good visuals help sell a home, but professional renders are expensive, and if the listing agreement ends before the home sells, that money is gone.
Felix started making renders with AI and selling them for a fraction of the usual price. In late 2023, an agency in Barcelona became our first paying customer.
In 2024 we launched Pedra as a virtual staging tool. We added videos and virtual tours in 2025, and released the Pedra app in 2026. Most of our customers found us on Google, on YouTube or through another agent.

How we're funded
We've never raised money. Pedra is funded by its customers, which means they're the only people we answer to.
We keep our prices low on purpose. Pedra exists because most agents couldn't afford professional listing visuals.
How we work
Real people answer support. Every plan includes WhatsApp support, and Felix often replies himself.
We keep things simple. Our first editor worked like Figma, and agents found it confusing. We rebuilt it twice, and now it works well on a phone.
We ship quickly and listen. If something isn't right, customers tell us and we usually fix it the following week.
