Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms apply when you create an account or use Pedra. By using Pedra you accept them.

1. Who we are

Pedra is operated by Pedra Software SL (tax ID B16459992), Calle Vista Bella 8, 08022 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: felix@pedra.ai.

2. The service

Pedra provides tools to edit real estate images and create videos, virtual tours, floor plans and social media content. When you connect a social media account, you authorise Pedra to publish the content you schedule or approve on it, and you can disconnect it at any time. You review and approve everything you publish.

3. Account

One account per person or agency. You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything done from your account.

4. Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions, billed through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. Each plan includes credits for the billing period. Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of the period. Images made on the free plan carry a Pedra watermark.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from app.pedra.ai/pricing. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the images you upload and of the images, videos and tours you create with Pedra. You give Pedra a licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you. We do not use your images to train AI models.

7. Your responsibilities

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not use Pedra to mislead buyers or tenants: label virtually staged or edited images wherever the law or your listing portal requires it. Pedra has an option to add this label automatically. Do not upload illegal or offensive content.

8. Data protection

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Businesses can request a data processing agreement (DPA) under Article 28 GDPR at felix@pedra.ai.

9. Liability

Pedra is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Pedra in the 12 months before the claim. If you are a consumer in the EU, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

10. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights of EU consumers. If we make important changes to these terms, we will tell you by email before they apply.
