TL;DR
Pedra's new Presenter puts a realistic AI avatar of you in your real estate videos. Upload the listing photos and one photo of yourself, choose Presenter on the scenes you want, and Pedra makes a video of you presenting the property, with a voiceover in your own voice. Nothing gets filmed. Each presenter clip costs 5 credits.
Why we built it
Videos where the agent presents the property are everywhere on Instagram. They build trust, they feel personal and they get views. But most agents never make them: you go to the shoot alone, there's nobody to film you, or you just don't like being on camera.
The video above opens on me presenting a flat in La Castellana, Madrid. I didn't film it. I went to the viewing alone, and I'm still the one presenting the property.
How it works
- Create the video. Open the property in Pedra, click Create video, upload the listing photos, select them and click Next.
- Add the presenter. On the scene you want, click Edit, then Presenter. Pick your own photo, or one of the AI presenters, and click Confirm. In the demo, the first two scenes have the presenter.
- Add your voice. In Voice audio, pick the language and your cloned voice, then click Rewrite with AI. Pedra writes the script, generates the audio in your voice and adds subtitles. You can clone your voice right there in the video flow.
- Generate. Click Generate video. You get a horizontal and a vertical version.
Tips for a good result
- Use a front-facing photo with good light.
- The presenter looks at the camera and talks, so it works best in rooms with open space, like the living room or the kitchen.
- Rather not appear? Pick one of the 9 AI presenters.
