How long does it take to set up?

About five minutes. Paste your website, review what Pedra found, pick a style and connect your accounts. Pedra then designs the whole month on its own, and emails you when it's ready.

Which networks can it post to?

Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. You need at least one connected. Each post only goes to the accounts you connected.

What kind of posts does it make?

Posts of your listings (with the photos, price and description from your website, often as a carousel), tips about the towns or neighbourhoods you work in, which help you win sellers, and posts about your agency.

Do I have to approve every post?

No. On automatic, Pedra prepares each month and emails you to review and approve it. On autopilot, it prepares and publishes everything without asking.

How much does it cost?

You can try it for 3 days for 1 euro. After that it's 49 euros plus VAT a month.

What happens when I sell a property?

Pedra keeps your listings in sync with your website, so a sold property is marked as sold in your posts.

TL;DR

Why we built it

Every agent knows they should post every week. Between viewings, listings and calls there's no time, there's no obvious thing to post, and designing each post takes an hour. So the account goes quiet, and the seller who looks you up sees a profile that hasn't moved in months and calls someone who looks more professional.

Your listings, your area and your brand are already on your website. Pedra turns them into a month of posts.

How it works

Paste your website. Open the Socials tab in Pedra, next to Properties, paste your website (or your page on your agency's site) and click Start with my website.
Review what Pedra found. Your name, agency, phone, logo, the towns or neighbourhoods you work in and your listings. Choose 2, 3 or 5 posts a week and the date of the first one.
Pick a style. The designs already show your logo, your colours and your own listings.
Connect your accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and click Create my first month.

Pedra plans the month and designs each post. You can close the page: it emails you when they're ready.
