TL;DR

If you have already shot a 360° virtual tour of a property, you also already have the listing photos — they are inside the tour. Pedra can now pull them out: open the tour, click Extract photos from tour, frame each room and click the capture button. The photos land in your Photos tab as normal listing images, ready to edit, watermark, download, or turn into a video.

Your listing photos are already inside your 360° tour

A 360° tour is a full-resolution capture of every room, from every angle. The photos of the property are literally in there — you just had no way to take them out.

So agents shoot the property twice: once with the 360° camera for the tour, and again (or with a hired photographer) for the listing photos. That is a second visit, a second scheduling headache, and often a second invoice — for images that already exist.

Now you don't need the second shoot.

How to extract photos from a virtual tour

  1. Open your property in Pedra and go to the Virtual Tour tab.
  2. Click Show options on the tour, then Extract photos from tour.
  3. The tour loads exactly as your buyers see it — hotspots and all. Navigate to any room and frame the angle you want. You can zoom in and out.
  4. Click the round camera button at the bottom of the screen. The shot is saved straight to your Photos tab.
  5. Repeat for the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom — whatever the listing needs.

Four or five rooms take about a minute. A full listing set takes under five.

The photos behave like any other listing photo

Once captured, they are just normal property photos. Inside Pedra you can:

  • Add your watermark and download them at listing resolution.
  • Virtually stage an empty room or refurnish a furnished one.
  • Remove objects you don't want in the shot.
  • Edit via prompt or improve image quality.

And then turn them into a listing video

Because the photos live in the same property, you can go straight to the Video section, click Create video, pick the captures, and Pedra animates them with AI — background music by genre, optional voiceover and subtitles, your watermark, and property details like price, address and number of bedrooms.

A couple of minutes later you get both a horizontal and a vertical version, ready for portals, Instagram Reels, or YouTube. More on real estate video →

Why this matters

  • One capture session, three deliverables. Shoot the 360° tour once, get the tour, the listing photos and the video.
  • No second photographer. The images already exist at full resolution — you're extracting, not re-shooting.
  • Faster time to market. Media for a whole listing in minutes instead of days of scheduling.
  • Consistency. Photos, tour and video all come from the same capture, so the property looks the same everywhere.
