Introducing PedraVideo: Real Estate Videos Filmed and Edited on Your iPhone

The problem: real video takes time and money

Listings with video get far more engagement, but most agents still don't make them. The reason isn't motivation — it's friction. Filming a property is the easy part; the work is everything after: importing the clips, cutting them, adding music, overlaying the price and your branding, and exporting the right format for each platform. Outsourcing that to a videographer or editor solves the time problem but introduces a cost and turnaround problem.

So agents are stuck choosing between AI-generated video (which isn't the real property) and no video at all.

PedraVideo: you film, Pedra edits

PedraVideo removes the editing entirely. You only do two things:

1. Record short clips of each room, guided by the app.
2. Pedra automatically edits the video — adding cuts, music, branding, and the property's details.

That's it. No editing software, no videographer, no gimbal. Just your iPhone and the real property.

How it works

Create the property. Open PedraVideo, tap Start Capture → New Property, and enter the details — name (e.g. Romero Street), price, and listing type (e.g. For Sale). Tap Create Property.

Choose orientation and rooms. Pick vertical (for Instagram Reels and TikTok) or horizontal (for YouTube, your website, and portals), then select the rooms to capture — for a short video, say the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. Tap Start Capture.

Record each room. The app guides you: use the 0.5× lens to fit more of the room, follow the on-screen arrow, and move slowly and steadily for about five seconds. Happy with the take? Tap Next Room. Otherwise, Retake. Repeat for each room, then tap Finish.

Let Pedra edit it. Your clips upload and Pedra renders the video — you'll get an email when it's ready, usually in a couple of minutes.

What the finished video includes

When you open the property, the edit is already done — automatically:

• Room titles as the tour moves through the home
• Your agency branding — logo / watermark (RE/MAX in our demo)
• A details pill with the price and key specs
• The agent's photo and contact branding

From there you can download the video or share it straight to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, or anywhere else.
