PedraVideo is the free iOS app from Pedra that helps real estate agents capture professional listing tour videos with their phone. Pedra's editor adds music, transitions, subtitles, and your branding, then delivers the finished video to your Projects in 5–10 minutes.

This page explains how the app works, answers the most common questions, and shows you how to reach us if you need help.

How the app works

1. Sign in with your Pedra account

Use the same email and password you use at app.pedra.ai. If you don't have a Pedra account yet, you can sign up directly inside the app.

2. Create a property

Tap New property, give it a name (e.g. "Calle Marina 34, 2º1ª"), and optionally add price, address, surface, and whether it's for sale or for rent.

3. Start capture

Tap Start capture, choose orientation (horizontal for portals and YouTube, vertical for Instagram, TikTok, Reels) and pick the rooms you want to record.

4. Record each room

The on-screen guide tells you to pan slowly. Each clip is around 5 seconds. If you move too fast, you'll see a "slow down" warning. When you're happy with the take, tap Next to move to the next room. You can re-take a clip any time.

5. Generate the video

After capturing all rooms, tap Generate video. Pedra uploads the clips and renders the finished video. You'll get a notification when it's ready (usually 5–10 minutes). The finished video appears in your Projects tab and on app.pedra.ai, so you can download, share, or edit it from either device.

Frequently asked questions

I can't sign in

PedraVideo uses the same login as app.pedra.ai. If your password doesn't work, reset it on the web. Sign in with Google is not yet supported in the mobile app — please use email and password.

My video is still "editing" after 30 minutes

Close and reopen the app to refresh the Projects screen. Most videos render in 5–10 minutes; if it stays stuck for longer than 30 minutes, contact us with your project name and we'll re-run the render.

How do I change my brand color, agent photo, or watermark?

Go to Settings → Branding. Updates apply to your next generated video.

Pricing

The first video is free for everyone. Unlimited videos are included in Pedra Pro Annual (see pricing). There are no in-app purchases.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. Free accounts are deleted immediately. If you're on Pedra Pro Annual, cancel your subscription first at pedra.ai — once cancelled, you can delete the account from the app.
